- Tea & Trails – Seasoned ultrarunners Gary Thwaites and Edwina Sutton share their ultrarunning adventures and chat with a range of guests who recount their trails, trials and tribulations. Easy listening, inspiring and honest.
- The Bailey & Harding Ultra Sound System – Sweary, In your face honest and humorous, this ultrarunning podcast will make you laugh and sometimes cringe but you won’t want to stop listening. Hosted by renowned ultrarunners Allie Bailey and Anna Harding.
- Couch to Coached – An honest and enjoyable listen between the ‘coach’ Ben Russell and the ‘coached’ Rob Sillito. The podcast follows their journeys and speaks to a range of interesting running guests. Voted the best fitness, health and wellbeing podcast 2024 by the Sports Podcast Awards.
- I Did a Runner Podcast - Hosted by Runna co-founder Joshua Patterson who has an engaging interview style. Each week Joshua interviews some inspiring people from around the world as they recount their personal struggles, running challenges and incredible feats of strength and endurance.
- The Running Channel – Very popular with a huge community, this podcast covers news, reviews and interviews with high-profile global runners as well as inspiring real people.
- The Long Run Show – A podcast hosted by @fordy_runs and the team. With a loyal following, each episode discusses the highs and lows of running and asks the questions you’ve been dying to know the answers to such as what’s running cadence? And how should you best approach a long run?
- The UKRunChat Podcast – The podcast is just one strand of the UKRunChat brand, and focuses on interviews with runners who inspire and challenge, from Susie Chan through to Guiness World record holders.
- Women’s Running Podcast – A weekly podcast with Women’s Running editor Esther Newman and digital editor Holly Taylor. A celebration of female runners with the purpose of empowering other women to run. Informative, interesting and lots of fun.
- She Trails Podcast – Host Julia Audrain interviews female trail runners about their running adventures (using her soothing French accent). A great celebration of the trail’s most amazing women.
- Inside Tri Show – Covering triathlon, this isn’t strictly a running podcast but its content is interesting for runners as well as triathletes. Hosted by triathlete Helen Murray, it covers a wide range of topics and has featured cancer survivors and world champions through to sports physiologists and busy mums.
