Our sustainable approach to delivery and packaging
We want our products to reach you in perfect condition. Each order will be hand wrapped and contain a personal message.
To reduce our impact on the environment, we will use recycled and recyclable packaging materials as well as keep everything to a minimum. It’s the least we can do.

Delivery to EU Countries
Due to customs charges and delays we are unable to deliver to EU countries. We are working hard to develop a European-wide delivery service so will keep you posted.

Orders & Delivery Timing
Orders placed before 9am on a weekday are typically dispatched the same-day. This is not a guarantee and is dependant on weather events and how busy we are. We will do our upmost to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Orders placed over the Weekend (or Bank Holiday) will be processed & dispatched on the following working day.
There is no Sunday delivery in most countries so this will take place on the next working day.
We normally use Royal Mail 48hrs tracked service. If you have provided your details, you will receive delivery updates by email and SMS. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a specific time of delivery.
