Every set is packed by us in Cheshire and comes in a Protein Rebel Christmas bag with a blank tag, so there is nothing to wrap. (The Keep Running set’s mug and Power Up sit beside the bag in the box — the bag takes the tin.)

Yes — these are the sizes runners buy for themselves, not sample packs. The Half Marathon and Marathon Training sets are a block of gels and Sustain electrolyte sticks for the long runs and the race, with the flask to carry them. The Keep Running set is a 500g tin of Run Easy marine collagen — 100 servings, two teaspoons morning and night — with Power Up magnesium and a mug.
If they talk about long runs and a spring marathon: Marathon Training. If they do parkruns, 10ks and the odd half: Half Marathon. If they have been running for years and already use collagen or magnesium: Keep Running. Not sure? A gift voucher lets them choose.
The Maple Coffee gels in the two fuel sets contain caffeine (45mg per gel). Run Easy is marine collagen and contains fish. Maple Ignite gels, Sustain and Power Up are vegan. Full ingredients are on each product page.
