Maple syrup and sea salt, nothing else. The gel they take every 30 minutes or so on a long run. 24g carbs, 110mg sodium, no caffeine.

The same maple with coffee extract — 45mg of caffeine a gel. Runners keep these for the last half of a long run or race.

Sustain electrolyte stick
One stick in 500ml of water. Sea salt, coconut water, marine magnesium and marine calcium — 500mg sodium, no sugar, no flavouring.

Holds five gels, so there’s nothing to tear open at pace. Fits a vest pocket or a running belt.

One Sustain stick with 500ml water fills it. Bite valve, 42g empty, and it folds flat in a vest once it’s drunk.

Both gels are vegan and gluten-free. Nothing in this box contains caffeine except the six Maple Coffee gels — if your runner avoids caffeine, they can hand those to a friend and the rest of the set is caffeine-free. Nothing in this box contains fish; the Keep Running set does (marine collagen).
