Refund policy
Returns – Love It Guarantee
We want to send you great products and deliver excellent customer service. If you are not happy with your order, we will be happy to hear from you and organise a refund or exchange.
To get a refund or exchange please follow these steps:
Step 1: Please tell us why you no longer want your order within 30 days of receiving your product by emailing us on hello@proteinrebel.com. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. We will send you a product return form with instructions.
Step 2: Complete the form and enclose it with your purchase and return it to us at Protein Rebel HQ. Request proof of postage from the Post Office (this is free). Unfortunately, we are not able to pay for return postage.
Step 3: Once we receive the product, we will process your refund to your original payment method, or send you a replacement product, within 15 working days — depending on which option you have requested. If you are unable to return the product we will refund you minus the delivery costs (currently £9.99 per delivery).
Exchanges: If you'd like a different product instead of a refund, let us know in Step 1 and we'll confirm availability and arrange the swap once we receive your return.
