Route runs on the banks of the river Weaver
Run down this steep hill (and yes, you need to go up as well!)

Run through wooded path to river

Run goes across wide fields

Run route through hedgerow gap

10km Course Description

This is a great location that has never been run before. It is in the heart of the Cheshire Plain and is very quiet with lots of wildlife to see on your way round.

The course isn’t technical and is largely flat but does have a few undulating sections. It's 2 x 5km loops across fields, tracks and woodland. You start by running across fields before disappearing downhill out of sight of the start/finish line. You continue along the hedge row and enter a wooded area with a steep slope down to the river. After running next to the river you head uphill and across fields before looping round and crossing the start/finish line. Water and gels will be available here. That’s loop one completed - you are halfway done!

Underfoot is expected to be firm depending on the rain.

Family and friends are welcome to join so long as they are attending with at least one full paying adult.

The 10K trail run will have an

You can also leave your water bottles/cups at the aid station before the race ready for collecting half way round.

No. We ask that you please don’t bring your dog to the event.

Buggies are not permitted in the 10K trail run or on the fun run for safety reasons. However, you are free to bring them along to the festival.
