What’s in the box
Two tins and the mug to go with them
Fifty mornings and fifty nights of collagen, forty nights of magnesium, and the mug the morning one goes in.
500g tin
Run Easy marine collagen
One ingredient: hydrolysed marine collagen. 5g (2 teaspoons) in the morning and one at night, stirred into coffee, tea or a cold drink — it has no taste. 100 servings, so 50 days.
100g tin
Power Up marine magnesium
Magnesium citrate from seawater, nothing added. A 2.5g teaspoon in a glass of water at night — a slight citrus edge, no sweetener. 40 servings.
Included
The Protein Rebel mug
For the morning teaspoon. Orange, 11oz, and the thing that keeps the tin next to the kettle.
Both tins are the same product we sell on their own, at the same size. The mug is part of the set.
Who this is for
The runner who’s been doing this a while
They’ve been running for years, not months. They’re not chasing a particular race — they just want to keep going, and they’re the sort who has a routine.
This box is a daily routine, not race fuel: a teaspoon of collagen in the morning coffee and another at night, with a glass of magnesium water beside it. Two tins, two glasses, every day — run or no run.
- ✓They’ve been running for years, not months
- ✓They start the day with a coffee or tea — the collagen goes in it
- ✓They’ve mentioned collagen, or they already use ours — this is the full-size tin
Is your runner racing this spring? The Marathon Training and Half Marathon sets are the fuel boxes — gels, electrolytes and flasks. This one is the every-day box.

If they don’t like it
Love the taste or your money back
The collagen has no taste in a drink; the magnesium has a slight citrus edge. If the runner doesn’t get on with either, tell us and we’ll refund you.

Both tins are taken daily at a measured dose, so they come with the usual food-supplement lines: not a substitute for a varied diet, keep to the stated serving, and anyone with a kidney condition or on regular medication should check with their GP before taking a magnesium supplement. If your runner is vegetarian or vegan, the Marathon Training and Half Marathon sets are the ones to buy.
