Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction:
1.1. The "Giveaway 2024" (hereinafter referred to as "the Prize Draw") is organized by Protein Rebel (hereinafter referred to as "the Promoter"). By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility:
2.1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the Prize Draw.
3. Entry Period:
3.1. The Prize Draw will commence on xxxx(7 days) at 8:30 am (BST) and conclude on xxxat 8:30 am (BST). Entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter:
4.1. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete the following steps:

4.2. Only entries that comply with the specified requirements will be considered valid. Each participant may enter the Prize Draw only once.
5. Winners Selection:
5.1. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period using a random selection tool or similar method.
5.2. There will be only one winner chosen from eligible entries.
6. Notification of Winners:
6.1. Winners will be notified via email 7 days after the competition closes.
6.2. Winners must respond to the notification within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and an alternative winner may be selected.

8. Publicity:
8.1. By entering the Prize Draw, participants consent to the Promoter using their name and entry content for promotional purposes without further compensation, except whereprohibited by law.

9.1. Participant's personal information will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. By entering the Prize Draw, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. General:
10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Prize Draw or these Conditions at any time without prior notice, in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
10.2. The decisions of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw are final and binding.
10.3. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of The United Kingdom and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom.
11. Disqualification:
11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Conditions or any applicable laws.
11.2. Any attempt by a participant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw may result in disqualification and legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability:
12.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize.
12.2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any entries not received, lost, delayed, or damaged, regardless of the cause, including, but not limited to, technical malfunction or failure of any network, hardware, or software.
13. Modification of Prize:
13.1. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
14. Publicity and Media:
14.1. By participating in the Prize Draw, winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and press releases, without additional compensation, except whereprohibited by law.
15. Entire Agreement:
15.1. These Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the Promoter concerning the Prize Draw and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
16. Severability:
16.1. If any provision of these Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Waiver:
17.1. The failure of the Promoter to enforce any provision of these Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
