Delivery & Returns
If you place your order before 12 o’clock midday Monday to Thursday, your order will be dispatched that day and you should receive it within 48hrs. For orders placed before 12 o’clock midday on Friday, you will receive it on Monday. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and you should receive it within 48hrs.
For orders to be delivered on Bank Holiday they will be delivered the next working day.
We normally use Royal Mail 48hrs tracked service. If you have provided your details, you will receive delivery updates by email and SMS. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a specific time of delivery.

We want to send you great products and deliver excellent customer service. If you are not happy with your order, we will be happy to hear from you and organise a refund or exchange.
To get a refund or exchange please follow these steps
- Step 1: Please notify us within 20 days of receiving your product by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a product return form with instructions.
- Step 2: Complete the form and enclose it with your purchase and return it to us at Protein Rebel HQ, NowFood Centre, University of Chester, Parkgate Rd, Chester CH1 4BJ. Request proof of postage from the Post Office (this is free). Unfortunately, we are not able to pay for return postage.
- Step 3: Once we receive the product, we will either refund the purchase price credited to your purchase account or send you a replacement product depending on which option you have requested.
