We want our products to reach you in perfect condition. Each order will be hand wrapped and contain a personal message.
To reduce our impact on the environment, we will use recycled and recyclable packaging materials as well as keep everything to a minimum. It’s the least we can do.

Delivery to EU Countries
Due to customs charges and delays we are unable to deliver to EU countries. We are working hard to develop a European-wide delivery service so will keep you posted.

Orders & Delivery Timing
Orders placed before 12pm on a Weekday are typically dispatched same-day.
Orders placed over the Weekend (or Bank Holiday) will be processed & dispatched on the following working day.
There is no Sunday delivery in most countries so this will take place on the next working day.
We normally use Royal Mail 48hrs tracked service. If you have provided your details, you will receive delivery updates by email and SMS. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a specific time of delivery.

Returns – Love It Guarantee
We want to send you great products and deliver excellent customer service. If you are not happy with your order, we will be happy to hear from you and organise a refund or exchange.
To get a refund or exchange please follow these steps
- Step 1: Please tell us why you no longer want your order within 30 days of receiving your product by emailing us on email@example.com. We will send you a product return form with instructions.
- Step 2: Complete the form and enclose it with your purchase and return it to us at Protein Rebel HQ, NowFood Centre, University of Chester, Parkgate Rd, Chester CH1 4BJ. Request proof of postage from the Post Office (this is free). Unfortunately, we are not able to pay for return postage.
- Step 3: Once we receive the product, we will either refund the purchase price credited to your purchase account or send you a replacement product depending on which option you have requested. If you are unable to return the product we will refund you minus the delivery costs (currently £5 per delivery).
