We are in lockdown, Christmas is coming up, it’s uncertain when we can see friends and family and to top it all, it’s getting colder and darker. All of this can put a strain on your mental health.
We have spoken to Shawn, aka Mental Health Runner. He has suffered from depression for a number of years and we have helped him with his nutrition as he undertakes a 100 day active challenge. We asked him for some top mental health survival tips and thought we would share them in this video.
