At this time of year, we all need a bit of comfort food. Why not make a delicious, high protein Peppermint Chocolate Shake?
Guaranteed to keep your protein levels high while you can enjoy a Christmas treat!!
This is what you need:
- 1 large banana (optional)
- 2–3 ice cubes
- 500ml milk of choice
- 1 serving dark chocolate Protein Rebel
- Handful chocolate drops (vegan)
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 tsp pure peppermint extract
- Optional toppings: Whipped cream/vegan whipped topping, or Greek yogurt and a sprinkling of chocolate drops
- Enjoy with a peppermint cream chocolate (vegan)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add toppings.
