Breakfast bars to help your recovery!

Been out for a run? CrossFit? Cycled to work? Well then you will want something that will set you up for the day. Try these easy to make high protein and full of all-natural energy boosting goodness breakfast bars. Perfect pre or post exersice and they are vegan too 🌱
Here’s what you need:
* 2 scoops Protein Rebel Dark Chocolate (Recover or Replace to keep it vegan)
* Half cup plain flour
* Half cup oats
* 1 cup chopped dates
* Half cup peanut butter
* 1 cup oat milk
* Handful of blueberries
Mix all ingredients apart of blueberries. Put onto a baking tray. Add blueberries on top and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Once baked top with melted dark chocolate.
